Monthly subscription payments will be reduced in advance for any months that have reduced sessions, e.g. for Easter and Christmas. This will be managed by Football 2 Music and customers will be notified by email.
Payments made for date specific sessions (e.g camps or private sessions) will be returned to the payment card used if they are cancelled by Football 2 Music.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation of payment.
If your child is booked onto a weekly programme and you pay a monthly subscription, then your space is confirmed once you have completed the booking process and added your card details for future payments.
Our booking system is powered by Class For Kids and all payments are taken by Stripe.
All monthly subscription payments will be taken on the 1st of each calendar month. Failed payments will automatically be followed up on the 4th and 9th of the month if required.
Continuous failed payments may result in your child being removed from the programme until the payment has been received. Continuous payment issues may result in your child being permanently removed from the programme.
We will not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
If there is a month that you think you will be unable to attend most or all of your sessions, then you can pause your monthly subscription. We will allow you to do this up to a maximum of 3 months per year, subject to receiving a minimum of 7 days notice in advance of your next due payment.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, then you must do this in writing by emailing bookings@football2music.co.uk providing a minimum of 30 days notice.
Bookings for camps or private classes can be cancelled with a minimum 7 days notice. The refund will be minus any class fees that fall within the 7 day period. It is also subject to a £10 cancellation fee.
Football 2 Music or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or damage during the sessions.
Football 2 Music reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying continuous disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at bookings@football2music.co.uk. You should also update your Class For Kids parent profile.
Notification to Football 2 Music is required in advance if anyone beyond the registered parent is due to collect your child from the session. This is so we can maintain a high level of safeguarding standards, as per our safeguarding policy.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be recorded and photographed for marketing use and keep us up-to-date should this change. All marketing content will be securely stored and will only be used for the purpose of marketing for Football 2 Music exclusively.
You must refrain from bringing your child to sessions if they are deemed unwell within 48 hours of the session.
Parents must remain onsite throughout the entire scheduled session, unless agreed otherwise by the Football 2 Music management.
Parents must refrain from bringing their children more than 10 minutes before their scheduled start time to avoid any overcrowding
Children may be turned away from sessions if they are wearing clothes and footwear that is deemed unfit and unsafe for them and/or others in a Football 2 Music session. This is also in accordance with any venue footwear policy that may be in place.
Parents and children must refrain from making excessive noise when outside of the venue, to avoid disturbing the local residents and receiving complaints.
No food and drink can be consumed within the sports hall, with the exception of water. There is a strict NO NUT policy at all venues for health and safety reasons.
Children have been placed within the groups that match their age at the time of booking. As a standard process children will progress through the age groups as they get older. However, children can progress earlier based on their individual development. Ideally this will be agreed by the child, parent/guardian and Football 2 Music. However, Football 2 Music will have the ultimate and final say on any decisions of this nature.
Whilst we will aim for complete consistency regarding the coaches taking the sessions, we cannot guarantee this and the coach may need to change without prior notice on occasion. This will be managed as best as possible to maintain the same level of coaching and quality of session.
This agreement only covers the child registered during the booking process. For safeguarding and health & safety reasons it cannot be transferred to an alternative child, unless agreed by Football 2 Music management with advanced notice.
